Subscription Details

Sign up by the 15th to receive that month’s mail! Your subscription will be prepared and mailed by the 20th of each month.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping notification. Standard delivery typically takes around 2–14 business days within the US and 7–30 business days internationally. If your mail hasn’t arrived after the expected timeframe, please reach out through email or the contact form so I can help.

Shipping is included with your subscription. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you live in an apartment, unit, or similar address, be sure to include that information in Address Line 2. Orders sent to an incorrect address may require an additional re-shipping fee for a replacement.

A Note About Mail

Your subscription is sent using standard postage, so there is no tracking number. Since this is traditional snail mail, delivery times can vary, and occasionally mail may be delayed or lost along the way.

Managing Your Subscription

By subscribing, you agree to a recurring monthly payment. You can manage, update, or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal.

If you change your shipping address, please send me a message as well. This helps make sure your updated address is used for future mailings and prevents the system from accidentally sending your subscription to an old address.
